Kanan heard Ezra groan and it sounded distressed
"Hey buddy how are you feeling ?" Kanan asked his sick son
"Dad I'm really itchy ." Ezra whined from his bed
"I know kiddo I'll get you something to help the itching go away ." Kanan said
While Kanan left the room Ezra grabbed his light saber and used the igniter to scratch his back
"Ezra the doctor told you not to scratch and anyways I ran an oatmeal bath for you so it'll help you feel better." Kanan said and he picked up Ezra and set him in the bathtub
After Ezra dried off and in some new pajamas Kanan got the calamine lotion so he can get started getting rid of the itchiness all over Ezra's body
"Alright Ezra come over here so I can get started on your back with the lotion ." Kanan said and he placed Ezra on his lap
Ezra started to scratch the spots on his face
"Ezra stop ." Kanan said
"But it really itches Dad." Ezra said
"I know buddy try to take your mind off of it for awhile." Kanan said soothingly
Kanan finished Ezra's back and is now into Ezra's face with the lotion
"Dad that's cold." Ezra said
"I know Ezra but just hold still for a few seconds while I finish ." Kanan said
Kanan just got done and he washed his hands and he picked up Ezra so he can cuddle with his sick son
"Dad I don't feel well." Ezra said into Kanan's shirt
"I know buddy I'm trying everything I can to make you better." Kanan said as he wrapped an arm around Ezra
"Come on Ezra lets go to my room so we can cuddle." Kanan said as he carried Ezra to Kanan's room
Ezra started to scratch
"Ezra you'll make them bleed if you scratch anymore ." Kanan said as he held Ezra's hands
"Dad I can't help it really itches ." Ezra said
Kanan rubbed Ezra's back where it really itches.
