Summary – creepy crawlies! Run away!
Creepy Crawlies
It slithered its way across the upper ceiling beam. Many eyes gleamed as it looked around the office of the church. It could see many of the giants pacing this way and that, throwing fluttering things around and slamming on desks as they passed. It shivered, creepy crawlies always gave Dave the Spider the shivers. He didn't understand the giants, they sprayed stuff at his kind and he had seen many of his friend get squished at heels of the giants. He had been lucky, but Greg was…dead….he loved Greg.
Dave crawled to the edge; he had to find a safe place to make his web, one where the oily Italian giant wouldn't find in order to get rid of it. There were loads of moths and flies in this building and Dave the Spider aimed to make his home here. Maybe he'd find a female and be able to mate and then be used as a meal. That would be nice, he decided as a sudden gust of wind knocked him from his perch.
He didn't have time to brace himself to the wood and so he went at a dizzying rate through the air till he landed on something, anything would be good right about now. He did hope it wasn't a wall though; he didn't want to be squashed. That was a bad thing, a very, very, very ,very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very bad thing indeed.
Suddenly, David the Spider found himself in a land of fluff. It was coarse but it smelled good, like strawberries. David liked strawberries. He pushed some of the fluff out of his way and began to figure out where exactly he was. Soon, he came to the edge and found that he had landed on the head of a giant.
Tom Hanson wasn't paying attention; it was mid summer and all they had been doing was paper work and rotating to other departments since the Jump Street program usually worked on teen cases. He sighed and sat back, running a hand through his hair. David the Spider had to jump onto the hand to avoid an untimely death.
However, he didn't expect a high, loud screaming noise and then being flung far away, he ended up going through an open window and landing on some ivy. He turned to see if the giant was following him, but he observed the other giants running to their friend.
"Hanson, what the hell was that?" one asked.
"It…it….it…it…it…it…it…"
"What was it? Spit it out, Hanson," the female demanded of the giant now called Hanson.
"It was a creepy crawly!"

A/N – I hate spiders. I have a real phobia of it. Anyway this came to me when I was going through Nickii Cee's favorites file and saw a title of a story that was actually called "Phobia". Well, it amuses me to no end to give a character I LOVE a phobia that I have. I have no clue if JD has arachnophobia, but it would be amusing if he did!
