Nile's POV

The virus was here, and it looked like it was here to stay. The whole world was infected with this newly developed virus, so it looked like nobody was coming to our rescue. Scientists called it 'The Z Virus'. The Z Virus had originally started on the north side of Japan, and the Japanese Army and Military had tried their best to quarantine it, but it spread too fast. Within days the entire population of Japan was infected, apart from very few survivors here and there.

My home, Egypt, became infected a few days later. All I can remember is my father coming home, blood dripping down from his face and what looked to be a bite mark on his upper arm. He then attacked my mother. She told me to run as fast as I could to the nearest airport. I didn't want to leave her, but fear had kicked in and I did as I was told. I ran as fast as my legs would take me. On the way to the airport all I could see was fire, dead bodies, and people eating people. It was an awful thing to see, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't look away.

When I had finally made it to the airport there was one plane and two helicopters to take the survivors somewhere safe. I asked one of the helicopter drivers if he could take me to Japan so I could see if any of my friends had made it. He told me I was crazy since that was where the virus had first started and it was believed there were no survivors. But, he didn't know my friends. They were strong, brave, and refuse to give up when the going gets tough. I just hoped that would apply to a zombie outbreak as well as a Bey Battle.
