A/N: Hello everyone! Thank you to everyone who reviewed, and thank you to everyone who favorite/followed! I love you all!

This was a spur-of-the-moment idea I decided to write because I am still in denial about the holidays being over :(

"Get up! Alec, get up!"

Alec was roused from his sleep-induced haze by the urgent sound of Magnus' voice.

"What is it?" he demanded urgently, still half-asleep, one hand reaching for the concealed knife strapped to the bottom of their mattress.

"IT'S CHRISTMAS!" shrieked Magnus, and he pounced not-so-gracefully on Alec – to the utter dismay of the Shadowhunter.

Magnus was wearing a furry Santa hat, a tight red and green vest and painted-on white leather pants, all drenched in glitter of course. It left very little to the imagination. Alec wondered dazedly how Magnus was able to move in those pants, let alone jump on Alec as he just had.

Alec, who at that moment was still mostly asleep, felt like a rock had just been dropped on him. He was also one hundred percent positive he had glitter in his hair.

"Mags – can't breathe –"he choked out.

"Oops –sorry." Magnus flopped onto his side of the canary yellow bed, frowned, then snapped his fingers and conjured up a sprig of mistletoe.

With a devious smile, he leaned close to Alec and wiggled the mistletoe over their touching heads.

"What's that, Magnus – oh," Alec realized. "Not again, Mags, I'm warning you!"

Both Alec and Magnus thought back to last Christmas. Magnus had magically covered the ceilings in mistletoe and Alec hadn't been able to go anywhere all day.

Not that he was really complaining.

Alec groaned, while Magnus grinned and kissed Alec hard, effectively silencing the noise.

The two had shared countless kisses in the few years they'd been together, but none were quite like the lazy morning kisses. The ones where Magnus had no clients and Alec had no demons to kill. There was no place they needed to be, and no nagging worries. They both thought this was bliss.

As they broke apart (the mistletoe was long gone. Magnus had dropped it, having better uses for his hands), they heard a loud meowing. Chairman.

"Wow, how can a fur ball his size make such a racket?" Alec wondered aloud. He scooped the tiny grey cat up from the floor and stroked him softly. Chairman snuggled between them, quite content.

And it was then, with a cat and his cat-eyed warlock both cuddled up to him, that Alec decided mistletoe might be his very favorite part of Christmas.

The End
