I've been looking in the mirror for so long.

That I've come to believe my soul's on the other side.

Mystique was now Raven after being shot with the cure to save Magneto.

All the little pieces falling, shatter.

Shards of me,

Too sharp to put back together.

Too small to matter,

But big enough to cut me into so many little pieces.

She glanced at a mirror as she walked down the hall, she shivered as for a second she thought she saw Mystique, but no that life was over, Magneto had abanded her. She had to move on.

If I try to touch her,

And I bleed,

I bleed,

And I breathe,

I breathe no more.

But no matter what she told herself Raven couldn't forget the past, couldn't forget Magneto.

Take a breath and I try to draw from my spirits well.

Yet again you refuse to drink like a stubborn child.

Raven took a deep breath and walked into the room, she was here to tell the President where Magneto's camp was. But as many times as she told herself that he hated her, she couldn't really betray him. So she told them the place of fake camp.

Lie to me,

Convince me that I've been sick forever.

And all of this,

Will make sense when I get better.

The humans called Mutation a cure. They said that it would make everything better. But it didn't. It had destroyed Raven's life, and taken away the man she loved.

But I know the difference,

Between myself and my reflection.

The worst part was that she was still the same person, exept without the power. But Magneto had sunk to deeply into his hate for humans for him to be able to see that.

I just can't help but to wonder,

Which of us do you love.

"She was so beautiful" those final words of Magneto repeated over and over in Ravens head as she lay in the bed in the impartment she had rented, she couldn't help but wonder wether he had really loved her or if he just liked the fact that she didn't look like a human.

So I bleed,

She thought not for the first time if it wouldn't be better to just end it all. She decided against it, and walked away to try and create a new life for herself. Mystique was gone but Raven was hear, and could build a new and better life for her self.

I was so upset when Mystique sacrificed herself for Magneto, and then he just left her. It was really mean. Well anyway R&R plz. I will add more if peaople want me to.
