Uh, this is another school writing assignment. This time, I had to write a short (oops.) story about someone who ''did something that wasn't very good, and then got caught doing it.'' or something like that. Their example was a practical joke, but I couldn't think of one for Jack, so I left the ''bad thing'' he did open. Meaning, it was never said what he did. My writing assignment was a lesson on how it's boring when you don't say what people are thinking.
i.e. He did this, they saw him, he stopped... etc. SO I had to write it like that and then add thinking and dialouge in. i.e. He did that without shame, they saw him and hated it, he stopped regretfully. Those are just examples. and really, it's not just thoughts and dialouge, ya gotts'ta have a point of view for everyone. I'm only posting my idea WITH thoughts, but just imagine how boring it would be if there were no italics or quotation marks. Yeah. it's sort of humorous at the end
Disclaimer: I don't own stargate or SG1. i own this assignment. plagarism is looked down apon. blahblahblah. written as-is except for an ad-lib on a name... I said ''Jack'' far too much.

Jack had never been a good boy. But this time, I'm taking it too far, Jack thought.
"Disobeying orders is always easier than obeying them," was his personal mantra. He disobeyed anyway, no matter how hard he tried not to. Granted, I usually end up saving the world by defying the General, but it doesn't matter. General Hammond always kept a close watch on Jack. When asked how far he would tolerate Colonel O'Neill, the general said, "I allow a couple of mistakes and slightly disrespectful jokes, but ignoring the rule book completely? That's a no-no." When the repeat offender Jack got caught with his disobedience in action, the general rightfully threatened to court-martial him. Will it stop him next time, or will he defy Air Force laws just to get what he wants? Only Jack's thoughts will tell. "I know what I did was wrong, but I think the rule book is wrong too! A couple of stupid laws aren't gonna change unless someone defies them. But I've learned from my mistakes and I thank Hammond for being a softie on my reprimandations. He knows we all make mistakes. And some aren't willing to pay for them. But, no matter how much I want to, I will try not to break this rule again." Getting off his high horse and going back to his regular, sarcastic self, he continued with, "Although, I really think I should. I mean, come on! General Hammond ain't gonna court-martial me! He needs me too much! I've retired before, what was it? FIVE TIMES? HE wanted me back!"
After that, Air Force Officials wrapped this... weird... report to put on his personal file.

And the end.
What do ya'll think he did?
