Your Life In My Hands

The note was placed on the nightstand beside the slumbered Uchiha. The blonde quietly sobbed not knowing when he would ever return to the boy he loved. He bowed down placing a kiss on the raven-haired's forehead. "You really are annoying," he said then vanished. What was expected on the following day from Uchiha Sasuke was nothing more than a broken heart.

Naruto

Uzumaki Naruto is a talented young shinobi; inheriting the talents of his late parents: Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina. Constant pain, fear, and agony were to be the expected of the life for Naruto on the day of his birth, which happened to be the attack of the Nine-Tailed beast in Konoha and the death of the Fourth Hokage. With no parents to love their son, Naruto lived a secluded life, shunned and hated by the village members.

He wanted acknowledgment - not just the constant stares and whispers because of the demon sealed inside of him - but true love and compassion from the village leaders and citizens. So, Naruto trained. He trained until his body collapsed, he studied until his brain couldn't process the amount of information he was given. He learned how to tame the Nine-Tail's chakra and power, and later on befriended the beast who owned that amount of power, Kurama.

Naruto finally gained the respect he deserved - from both the Academy and the village. He gained acknowledgment for his abilities and talents. No matter how Naruto's skills had improved, the title still remained: Demon Child. Everyone still feared him.

Naruto became impassive, hasty and cold-hearted. Only just to be at the age of eight years old.

He had passed the Uchiha in his Academy years and was the first to be propmoted as a Genin in his class. Months had passed and he was later on to be promoted as a Chuunin. Not long after his latest promotion, he became an Anbu. He was thirteen years old.

Sasuke

Uchiha Sasuke; the son of Konoha´s Police Task Force's chief and youngest sibling to Konoha´s rouge-ninja, Uchiha Itachi. As expected from the Uchiha clan, Sasuke excelled in his classes. His popularity gained and his title surpassed previous titles of the Academy. That was until one day a young blonde boy, about his age, took the young Uchiha's worth.

Much like Naruto, Sasuke was alone. After the tragic massacre that occurred years back - Sasuke had lost everything. His hatred grew, not just towards his brother but the village leaders who accepted the faithful event to sheer. He was shunned and forever despised bearing the Uchiha name.

Sasuke was still under the shadows of darkness. But one day he decided to look up, which then he saw him, Naruto. And for once he saw him as an equal. A friend. A brother. They shared the same pain. The same sorrow. The same fate and the same membership of Team 7. Yet, it wasn't enough for the young raven. He needed more than rivalry. He needed more than brotherhood between friends and friendship. He needed...love.

The day will come only when the time is right. Then at that day, he shall finally confess.
