Team Gai were one of those teams that you would always see running around Konoha early every morning.
Two of them would be giving death glares while the other two would be screaming about youth.
They would take missions, just because their teacher thought that it would be youthful to do another mission, one student would agree with a sentence with at least three youths in it while the other two would groan silently but otherwise try to ignore them.
It worked most of the time.
There was that horrifying time, that the team had agreed to never ever talk about, when Gai had given the team an assignment.
A flashie:
It was Monday, the team were standing in front of the gates, they hadn't been a team for all that long but still long enough for one of their teammates to become like their teacher, something that served to annoy the two others on the team all the time.
Their teacher had come then, earlier then the time that he had set for them to meet at. He had two bags with him and the two teens not wearing green eyed the bags with distrust, they had a idea as to what lay in those bags.
"Your youth will shine when you wear these youthful clothes." Gai had yelled in a tone that told them that they were to obey and had trusted the bags under their noses. The two teens tog the bags slowly, almost afraid that they would be burned by the contents.
Then they went to get changed.
When they came out they had the exact same outfit on as Lee and Gai had.
"It´s this piece of craps destiny to burn when I get home." Neji muttered as his right eye twitched violently. One could see the need inside him, the need to use one of his techniques on the awful piece of cloth.
"If I see anyone I know, then I will die." Tenten whispered as her hands twitched, she wanted so badly to go and take her normal clothes on and then take her sharpest weapon to rip this… This thing to pieces.
But alas, that was not going to happen…
Not at that moment at least.
They had to train in the outfit the whole day, not something any of the two "un-youthful" students wanted.
And when the day had been over they had threatened their two teammates into silence…
Not the best thing to do but it had worked.
End of flashie…
They saw Gai come towards them…
He had two bags…
Neji used Byakugan to see what was inside and twitched.
"It is your destiny to let me kill those bags."
Gai blanched…
Tenten readied her weapons…
Gai ran while screaming youth on the top of his lungs.
Neji and Tenten were just standing there, blinking…
"It was his destiny to run."
"Oh shut up Neji."
