And the award for hardest story I've ever written goes to... *drum-roll* Nevermore! *fake applause sounds in the background*

Why was this story so hard to write? Because it's written more like a script than a normal story. Well, a script in story format, anyways. That means no thought, and a lack of the word "was" and the prefix "ed". And it was incredibly difficult to do. But, I did it, and now I have to hope that I did it well.

That decision is up to you guys, so enjoy the ride.

(The planet has been lovingly dubbed Panela. Why? I have no idea)

Opening scene

The little green planet is silent and still, practically devoid of life. No other planets seem to be around it. A low wind blows, barely moving the crushed, rather emerald-esc sand across the flat ground. The particles that did move are quite quick to settle.

Like that, all is calm again. But it only lasts for a moment or so.

A flash of golden light fills the air. If there was anything alive on the planet, it might have blinded them. With that flash comes the snippet of a song, one too beautiful to comprehend.

The light, and the song, fades away. There, curled into the fetal position, is a young, golden-haired woman. She is clad in black pants, a dark red jumper, black running shoes, and a leather jacket. (NOTE: This outfit is reminiscent to the Ninth Doctors', only a tad more feminine) Her face is being obscured by her hands.

She whimpers, as though she is in intense pain. Words mingled with sobs spill past her lips, partly muffled by her hands. Much of it is garbled nonsense, but a few words make sense.

"Running… Dead… He's dead… All gone… Don't… leave… me… Doctor…"

It's unclear whether or not she's dreaming. All of a sudden, she gasps and sits bolt upright. (NOTE: Her face is still being hidden from the audience)

"Doctor!" she cries out. Then she pauses, seeming to become aware of where she is. "Where the bloody hell am I?!"

Her voice echoes around the silent planet. She stands shakily and studies her surroundings.

"Hello? Is anyone here?" she calls out. Once again, there is an echo.

Then she tenses, as though she has heard something. Seconds later, the TARDIS is heard off in the far distance.

"D-Doctor?" the woman asks, her hopeful voice faltering. It sounds as though she can't believe what she's hearing, but desperately wants to.

"Doctor, wait!" now she is shouting, like he can possibly hear her from so far away. "DOCTOR!"

It (NOTE: the audience's view) ends on her eyes, glowing golden and filled with unshed tears.

"Doctor…"

Alright, how obvious was it? Can you already tell who the woman is? If not, then I did a better job than I thought I would. If you did, please leave a review saying what gave it away. (Please, do not reveal her name)

Oh, and if you have any suggestions for this story, please let me know. I am open to suggestions!
