Yay my first story Mucho credit to my bff Sarah aka Sarie Bear for being my beta.. Anyway on with the Yaoi goodness
Light looked out the window as the rain continued to pour. As he turned back to look around the room he noticed one of the task force members was missing. "What theā¦.. where the hell could Ryuzaki be."
"Hey Dad I'm going to take a walk to clear my head."
Deputy-Director Yagami looked up and replied, "See if you can find Ryuzaki while you're at it. He just up and disappeared on us." Light nodded and wondered off in hopes of finding the dark eyed man.
After walking around the building a bit Light looked out another window and noticed a lone figure standing out on the rooftop. "What the hell is he doing out there!" For some reason the thought of Ryuzaki standing out there while the storm raged on put an uneasy feeling in the young mans stomach. He quickly headed up the stairs and out onto the rooftop. As he opened the door he was greeted by a harsh wind and a blast of rain.
"What are you doing Ryuzaki, we can't have you getting sick."
"Yagami-kun, can you hear the church bells?"
"What do you mean Ryuzaki-kun..?"
"Oh nothing. I should just stop talking nonsense."
"Come on lets get you inside. I don't want to have to worry about you getting sick."
"Is Yagami-kun admitting worrying about me?"
"You're my friend of course I'm worried about you." And I wish you were more than that.Light was startled, were the hell had that come from?
"Everything is going to change soon isn't it?"
Light thought about this statement for a minute and then answered.
"Yes.. I think it will."
And with that he turned and gently pressed his lips on the detectives. Light could feel Ryuzaki stiffen at the contact but soon he was kissing Light back. Light put one arm around the detective's waist and one on the back of his head gently urging him on. Light ran his tongue along the man's lips, silently asking for entrance to which Ryuzaki gladly complied. He didn't know how long they were like that and for the first time.. he didn't really care.
