Erza stifled a sob as she tried to see her reflection through the tears that blurred her vision. The man she loved was getting married today, and not to her. "Why Natsu? Why do you have to marry Lucy? Wasn't I good enough?" she thought as she looked back at all the wonderful times she thought that he loved her. "I guess it's better this way, it's not like there's anything I can do about it". She looked at the mirror once more and sighed, now that she stopped crying she could see that her eyes were red and her cheeks were blotchy. Other than that she looked spectacular, her bridesmaid dress fit her perfectly and the lavender color complimented her hair (AN: I modeled the dress off of the one I wore when I was a bridesmaid) the only thing left to do was wash her face and get to the site of the wedding.

Gray sighed as he straightened his bowtie and looked into the mirror, his love for Lucy had come to nothing in the end, today was the day she married him. Why, of all people, did she have to marry Natsu? It was like she couldn't see at all. "Today is going to be the worst day of my life, I have to go to a wedding and get all my hopes crushed in one" he thought. He glanced at the clock and then back at the mirror. "Suck it up Gray, you can mourn later" one last look in the mirror and he was on his way.
