A dark devilish figure sits on top of a crane 'watching' the criminals down "The boss wants these crates shipped out by the morning". The figure jumps down behind the thugs. "Sorry, but tell your boss there's going to be a delay". The thugs start shooting at him, but he evades each shot and takes them down one by one. He grabs the one in command and 'asks'. "Who are you working for, and where do I find them". "Uh I don't know man, even if I did I wouldn't tell-" He slams the thug against the crate as hard as possible. "Let's try that again shall we, WHO DO YOU WORK FOR!" "He goes by Kingpin, that's all I know I swear to god" "Ok, well how about this next time you see your boss, tell him the Daredevil's looking for him, and just to make sure he gets the message…" He pulls out a steaming hot brand and puts it against the thugs forehead.
The Next morning
Matt awakes but as he tries to move off his bed he winces because of a sharp pain in his lower back. He gets up and deals with the pain because he's had to deal with it for the past 15 years, not only the physical pain but the psychological pain too. Matt walks over to the closet and finds his suit, puts it on and leaves for work. As he leaves the apartment his cellphone rings. "Peter, I'm on my way to work now." em"Matt, you better get here quick the boss is mad, but like not pissed off mad, he's Psychotic" "Ok... well bad analogy for JJ's anger Pete, but I'll be there as soon as possible." Peter was Matt's best friend/adopted brother, you see When Matt was Nine he lost his father, and had no one else to go to. He lived at an orphanage for years until, May and Ben Parker adopted him.

Matt walks out of the Elevator and into JJ's "Matthew! You are-" He looks at watch "A minute early, anyway enough of the chit chat, I want you to work with Parker on this Daredevil thing, apparently he has been going around branding his logo on thugs." Matt walks out of JJ's office
