Bruce awoke instantly, tensing ever so slightly before he realized who the slightly smaller man curled into his body was. Wally. Soft down blankets covered the two lovers and Bruce had to resist the urge to sigh in content. It was times like this he could forget the world. Forget Gotham and her problems, forget Wayne enterprises, forget all the things he screwed up, forget the all the pain the bat-family has gone through... forget the world.
The ever so slight movement of the body beside him drew his attention. "Morning Bruce." Wally yawned snuggling closer to a toned chest.
Bruce lightly kissed his lover's cheek making him blush slightly.
The covers were warm after a night of passion and neither were expected anywhere. Wally had taken the day off, and Bruce... well, he was Bruce Wayne. Multi-billionaire playboys could do whatever the hell they want.
It was times like this- without the league, without obligations- that he was almost happy.
