Hiya! It's my first TLK (The Lion King) fic! ^^ As I love this shipping (due to my friend Shenzihyena/Doublebee) I'm writing a fanfic about hw Banzai and Ed are FRIENDS, and how Banzai has a crush on Shenzi ^^; Anything else, I might have to guess. If you see any mistakes in what happened, sorry...and I apologize if it get's a little OOC, especially Shenzi and Banzai. By the way, I made Ed smart :D 'Cause I think he is, well, hope this doesn't suck darcia XD Here goes!~

Banzai stared at the horizon as he lazily watched as his life-long friend and permanent crush, Shenzi, pranced by with another hyena. Ed glanced over from his spot, situating next to the troubled hyena.

"Haha, cackle-(Hey, What's wrong Banzai?)" He asked, his cackle lower than normal.

"Aw, nothin'. Just...Can I tell ya somethin'?" Banzai asked the other. Ed only nodded. "Well, I like Shenzi." Ed laughed. "What's so funny?" He hissed angrily.

"Haha, bark-(everyone 'cept Shenzi knows you like her)" He confessed.

"Really?" Ed nodded in response.

"Cackle-(Really Banzai, Really)." Banzai sighed. "Haha kuku-(ever since Scar-I mean Taka came along, you've been jealous)." Banzai rolled his eyes.

"Well, yeah...if you loved someone, and they'd been taken away by some worthless piece of garbage, you'd be worried too!" Banzai yelled quietly. Ed looked behind the hyena. Shenzi was behind him, around a wall, smiling her maniacal grin. "I mean, I love Shenzi. Everytime she calls me cactus-butt, everytime she shoots me a glance, it's everything to me!" He stood up, his tail wagging from excitement. "And that time we got to devour that bastard for even trying to hurt my Shenzi!-"

"Your Shenzi? When was I ever yours?" She asked the hyena. Ed giggled sinisterly, just as he had before they where about to devour the lion named Scar, who had betrayed them and called them enemies, when in reality, they just wanted food and a nice shelter. She laughed, while Banzai blushed as much as a hyena could.

"I-I like you." He felt his heart racing, and his pulse beat though his chest. He wagged his tail eagerly. "I always have!" He looked at ed for help. But, the cackling mammal didn't speak, only shook his head and walked away.

"Oh really." She smirked. Banzai stepped forward, as Shenzi circled him, expectantly.

"W-what are you doing?" He asked, confused.

"I get to choose my mate..." Banzai gulped. "And-I choose you Pikachu." she laughed, nuzzling her neck with Banzai's.

"Who's Pikachu?" He growled. "I'm gonna kill it!" He growled, looking at Shenzi.

"It's a joke Banzai." She giggled. Banzai blushed, embarrased.

"I-I knew that." He turned towards Shenzi, clearing his throat. "Shall we take a walk through the Elephant Graveyard?" Shenzi smiled.

"I'd love too." Banzai blushed again as they trotted through their territory.

"Cackle, Haha-kukuku-(What weirdoes)." Ed muttered

I know, really short. It was gonna be longer, but I didn't know enough, 'cause I've only seen Lion King twice.
