She stood in front of the floor length mirror deciding whether or not the silk, green dress actually looked good on her. Her hand slid delicately down her right side and rested on her hip. His hand slid down her left side delicately and rested on her hip.
"You look amazing, darling" he smiled kissing her forehead lightly. Anna smiled and turned round to face him. He stood back and paused, mesmerized as he looked at her
"Why are you staring at me?" she laughed, looking at the intense look on his face
"You're just so beautiful... How did I ever get to deserve you, Anna?" he held her hands lovingly
"You don't, Tom." she teased "I'm way out of you league! You're just lucky" she winked, sauntering out of the bedroom. He laughed, following her down the stairs into the kitchen.
"Okay well, we'll probably have to leave soon sweetheart so we won't be late" he picked up his car keys and walked with her into the hall. She draped her light green shawl over her shoulders being carefully not to catch her hair. He wrapped his arm around her waist and kissed her on her ruby lips. They walked out the door and into his black jaguar.
