Hey! First story in this section! This is a prelude, not sure if
I'll continue. So far, I own pretty much everything, except little movie
things. Enjoy!
Narcisaa stared out the portal at the stars. No planet was in sight, but the captain had mentioned they had passed Montressor Space Port earlier that day. Mother and Father were on the lower deck, playing cards while Narcisaa holed herself up in their cabin. She'd already had been top deck to speak to the captain about their time. He had tossed her out after a few minutes of constant questions. Smoothing her brilliant red hair down, she stepped over to the mirror. Her ears, her stupid, large, kitty cat ears were flat against the sides of her head. Her narrow eyes grew narrower as she tugged her ears back. Behind her, the door opened and her mother flounced in, her similar features accented by a green, off the shoulder dress. Her father was right behind her mother, his human form barely squeezing through the door. Narcisaa wondered for the millionth, thousandth time why she was completely her mothers' child. Instead of greeting her verbally, they nodded and escaped to their room. Leaving before she was greatly disturbed, she returned later that night to a quiet cabin.
The next morning, a loud knocking on the door awoke her.
"Sorry to barge in, but we'll be docking at the academy in a few moments," the captain said, before bowing away.
Rushing to her things, she gathered her bags, knocking on her parents' door once or twice. Finally, they were at the Academy!
