August 1979

She checked him out intently from across the pool. Normally, she'd never look twice at him. They were not from the same social circles. In fact her family would be horrified if they were here to witness her even just glancing in his direction.

But she wasn't here with her family. She was here at the invitation of a friend from boarding school.

She busy fantasizing about what it would be like to kiss him that she didn't notice him walk up behind her.

"Enjoying the view," he asked, smugly.

"Excuse me," she replied.

"Are you enjoying staring at me every time I walk by?" he said.

"How rude," She said.

Before she could say anymore, he took an ice cube and ran it down her neck.

"Meet me at the marina, midnight," he said, whispering in her ear. Then he left.

Against her better judgment, she met him. They went out on his family's yacht that night and every night after that.

On the last night before she had to leave, she lost her innocence to him.

When she returned home if you could call it that, her worst nightmare was waiting for her; waiting to torment and torture her for a few days before she would go back to school.

The first night she was home, he came to her bedroom.

"I know what you did," he said, "You gave it up to someone other than me. I'm going to make sure you pay for that, you little whore.."

She tried to scream, but he covered her mouth with one hand and injected her with something in the other. She passed out.

When she woke up, she wouldn't remember her vacation and even though she wouldn't remember what he did to he next, she'd know.
