Me: Well yeah, but I'm working on a lot of fanfics now, so in the meantime, Yugioh fans can have something to read now!

Brothers In Time CH.1

"Christopher and Sennen Muto! Get down here this instant!" Jeanne Muto yelled.

Yugi and Atem sighed. Whenever they were in trouble, their mother would call them by their middle names. When they got down the stairs, they can see the anger blazing in her blue eyes. "I told you to take these boxes up to the attic and you didn't. Now-" She shoved the boxes in their arms "-Please do so!" she runs a hand through her short cut black and violet hair. Both boys sighed and carried the hefty boxes to the attics. Jeanne looks at her twin boys and sighed. 'Just like their father...'

Atem sat the last box down. "That's the last one, Yugi."

Yugi sighs in relief. "Let's get out of here. This place STILL creeps me out."

Atem chuckles and teasingly brushes his fingers on the back of Yugi's neck. Yugi yelps and stumbles against an open box, causing a glowing item to fall out. He grunts in frustration and looks down. "You made me knock something."

He rolls his crimson eyes "Sorry, princess." His baritone voice fills the atmosphere. Yugi picks up the mysterious golden box and the star haired twins examined it. "What is this thing?"

Atem picks it up and runs his fingers over the writing and smirks. "The Millenium Puzzle."

Now it was Yugi's turn to roll his large violet eyes. "Stop showing off." Both twins can speak, understand, and read Egyptian, and Atem tends to show off sometimes, okay, all the time.

Atem digs his hand in the box and examines the pieces. "I think these are puzzle pieces." Yugi examines the puzzle pieces. "Why did Mom put this in the attic?"

Atem shrugs. "I think that was dad's"

Yugi sighs. "Ever since dad went to Egypt, she put everything that belonged to dad in the attic."

Atem stares at the puzzle and then lets out a puff on air. There was a weird feeling that he couldn't shake. "Let's go." He starts to climb down the attic stairs, Yugi following close behind. But little did his older brother know, there was a shining object behind his back and a sneaky grin on the tri-colored haired boy's face
