Bruce's P.O.V

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep! Bee-

Simple , just turn the alarm clock off and end the early morning torture.

Knock ! Knock ! Knock !

" Master Bruce , it is time for you to go to school! It is your first day and we do not want you to be late ."

" Five minutes more , Alfred ! " ,

I yelled back at him through the thick brown mahogany door . End of summer already? Sheesh.

"Bruce , honey , wake up! We prepared pancakes and bacon for breakfast ! "

Thanks ma , but gotta move that later in my schedule.

"Come back later !" ,

Not wanting to hear more I wrapped myself with my thick blankets and placed a pillow over my ears to prevent me from enduring the second phase of torture early in the morning .

" Bruce Anthony Kane Wayne ! I want you to be out this instant ! On the count of three , if you won't come out there-"

" I'm up!" ,

Geez , dad. How many times do I have to tell you not to call me that ?

Forced to wake up and welcome Gotham City , I grabbed my towel and washed my face and change into my uniform . On my way out of my room , I glanced at the clock at my study table to check the time.

6:25 a.m.

Leave by 6:40 and arrive there by 7:00 .

Hmm, not bad.

I proceeded to go downstairs and into the dining room when suddenly mom blocked my way.

"Good morning , ma ! Can I eat please ? Mmm, the food smells delicious! " , I tried to persuade mom but she caught me again.

"Good morning to you too and please fix your room ." , she said as she flashed her i-caught-you-and-never-can-you-escape smile at me.

"Uggh , could this day get any worse ? ", I grumbled as I was on my way back to my room . Does every mom do this?!

Five minutes after making my bed I went to the dining room and ate. Ah, pancakes and bacon . Never gets old. After breakfast , I and dad went out and bid goodbye to Alfred and mom . Mom said she can't come with dad to pick me up because Aunt Marie will come to visit us and she needs to welcome her. This is just terrible news to me because that means no ICE CREAM.

Author's Note : Sorry if it is quite short. Next chapter it will be on Talia's P.O.V. Reminder this story is in an Alternate Universe and Bruce and Talia are still in first year highschool . I will put here that Bruce's middle name is Anthony and he hates being called by his whole name because he thinks it sounds childish. So please review and hope you enjoyed!
