Author Note: Hi all, this is my first Justice League-Batman story. My husband gave me this idea late at night watching one of the episodes called 'Epilogue;'however, this is only a reflection peace, so be kind and gentle on my first story. Thanks.

Reflection of Thyself
He sat in the foyer of his father's mansion. All the times he had been reminded of his untimely past. He was a reflection. A reflection of someone that he rarely knew and had answers for. His life was different as did his father's. His father was grave and valiant, but had no reason to explain his true nature.
There was no time to explain. Aging was gracefully beaming on both as the two spoke.
The young man wanted answers. Some answers he couldn't believe, but some were still imaginable. Life was where it was, but was told likewise on the pieces of his father's past which reflected on his.
The two exchanged words as they reminisced on a life that was a bit similar, yet so different, but their lives were almost like one.
McGinnis was young and stubborn. Quite reminded of his father, whom was a dark knight to those who knew him by name. His father remembered how it was as he foretold a life that was parallel, within the lives of those he saved.
Now, it was his son's turn. His son? Is it possible? The growing nature of the boy only wanted to know what the parallelism of his life connected to the estranged elderly man that raised him as his own. His own - flesh and blood.
Years came to pass, life went on, but the two continued conversing at the foyer; reminiscing bout everything, except the meaning of reasons.
Things came close understanding when all things were revealed.
"You're a bit stubborn," the older gent said scruffily as he looked his reflection. The young man turned with a smug on his face. Cringing, he just left.
"Just like my old man," the other replied. He turned around with a grimace glow as he left.
He was told of a mission. A grave mission. Probably uncertain where it would take him, he left the foyer and did what was told.
Like father; like son.
A reflection of themselves was revealed.
