Just a quick little drabble: I was inspired to write something punchy.

Reigning the Galaxy
They met in the heart of the Battle. One shot forward a tripping jinx to a Death Eater whilst the other stunned him.
Their friendship flown from there. One became Minister of Magic the other was grieving the loss of her entire family.
He offered her comfort, she offered him companionship.
A year later they arrived as friends to the commemorative Anniversary ball, he regal as his name suggested. Her eyes twinkling like her appellation hinted – even more so when she smiled up at her imposing, powerful friend.
She reunited with her sister, he re-ignited a long lost friendship.
They met together frequently after at her sister's home. Shy glances over candlelight.
July 31st they celebrated the wedding of Harry Potter and Ginevra Weasley as "just good friends!"
September the First the front page of the Daily Prophet ran with the headline: Most Eligible Bachelor – No Longer Eligible.
October 31st it was officially announced amongst friends and family they had an 'understanding!'
Christmas: He got down on one knee and proposed. She wept and nodded.
New Years Day: Ron and Hermione announced to the world they had broken up; "due to irreconcilable differences!"
February 14th: Hermione seen on the arm of new beau, a man that suspiciously looked like Snape with the Minister's fiancée.
Easter it was confirmed that Hermione was indeed seeing a much recovered ex-Professor turned Auror Severus Snape.
May 2nd: They quietly agreed upon a date for their nuptials in the middle of a waltz at the same time that Severus and Hermione knew they were meant for each other.
June and July her sister was fussing over planning the wedding of the decade of her prodigal sister and her new more pleasing fiancé. The grand wedding was held on the lawns of Malfoy Manor in the brightest of sunshine. Harry escorting a heavily pregnant Ginevra.
Severus and Hermione quietly watched on with identical smirks on their faces.
September 19th: Hermione's birthday dawned with her finding out she was pregnant. As was the Minister's wife.
The Daily Prophet ran the headlines: Magic Waters? Multiple pregnancies Announced. Listing among the surprise entries: Narcissa Malfoy, Molly Weasley, Hermione Granger, Fleur Weasley, and Cho Chang (with the shocker that Ron Weasley was the father!)
Christmas: Hermione and Severus married quietly at the Burrow to many whoops and joys.
Months later St Mungo's was awash with labouring mothers but Hermione and the Minister's wife were given special treatment.
Cho's child turned out to belong to Percy Weasley instead of Ron – rocking the Weasley boat further.
Hermes Shacklebolt ended up in Ravenclaw and was as striking as his father, Kingsley with his mother's starry eyes.
Flavia Malfoy – Narcissa's daughter ended up in Slytherin.
Sylver Snape ended up in Slytherin whilst her identical twin, Esther, ended up in Ravenclaw.
Fabian Weasley – Molly's son ended up as true to his hair and along with his nephews Martin Chang-Weasley, and James Sirius Potter in Gryffindor.
Delphinia Weasley ended happily in Hufflepuff. Her sunflower hair matching the banner.
Christmas 2010: Minister Shacklebolt steps down from his position as Minister citing: "I have a beautiful wife in Andromeda and am lucky in the children I wish to see now grow into fine human beings."
