Tribute – Miyu Matsuki (Shion Jujo) has died.
Mizuho Miyanokouji, the Elder of the school, rather stiffly walked up to the stage, her long brown hair flowing behind her. "I have bad news to share," she admitted, "Miyu Matsuki, the voice actress who played our beloved Shion, has passed away."
The assembly of school girls gasped in shock, while those who were friends of Shion hid their misery.
"She died in October, after having been admitted to hospital for acure peunomia," Mizuho concluded sadly. "She passed away at 38, much too young for such a bright light," Mizuko added as she stepped away from the stage.
Mariya Mikado, one of Shion's other friends, took the stage after Mizuho. "In addition to playing our beloved Shion, Niyu played a wide variety of roles, from characters in PreCure, to Hikari in Strawberry Panic and even a character in Claymore. She was a remarkable and versatile actress."
Several student councilors gathered to intone together, "Rest in peace, Shion-sama."
