Hey there, my name is Phineas Morgan, but most of you actually know me as Finn – the deadly gorgeous and accented Australian friend of Logan Huntzberger. Now you'll maybe ask what I'm doing. Well, let's say I'll give you a lesson: Flirting with Finn.
Step One – Eyeing the victim
We're at a party at the moment. Now let's check out the girls. You maybe know, that I have a thing for redheads. Here are several of them. Let's take this girl on the dance floor over there as an example. First we will watch her, checking out, if there is an eventual male. If there is no one let's get forward to step two!
Step Two – Making a move
Now we have to make a move on her. We'll go over and greet her. Let me show you how:
"Hey there, doll! Mind if I join you?"
When she giggles like that, you can stick where you are and start dancing with her. If not, take advantage of something, like it's your birthday – like mine is today. Now we're going on with step three.
Step three – No Distractions!
Now it is important to be not distracted by anything. Cause another guy could take advantage of that and that would be bad. Use names like doll or darling for her and make her compliments – she'll like it. Ask her if she wants a drink, and touch her! Not like you want it – but accidentally touches are important. And like I said: No distractions …
"Hey Finn!"
Well unless it is a blue-eyed brunette named Lorelai Leigh Gilmore that distracts you.
"You called kitten?" I ask her smiling.
"I haven't seen you today. I wanted to wish you a happy birthday, Finny!"
"Well then, thanks kitten!" I hug her.
"Have I interrupted anything?" she asks eying the redhead I danced with.
"Not at all love, you are far more interesting than every redhead in this entire room!" I see her cheeks blush at my compliment. She then smiles at me and locks our hands. Her stunning blue eyes catch my green ones.
"If it's like that then come on, dance with me!" I let her drag me to the dance floor and put my arms around her waist. It's a slow song. She smiles up at me and I smile back knowing that our friends are watching us at the moment and grinning at each other. Later this night or tomorrow Colin will come to me and say that he knows we are meant for each other. And I guess Steph will be doing the same with Rory, only with the whole squealing-thing.
Maybe we will go out in the future. Maybe we'll make a lovely couple and her grandparents will like it and invite me to dinner. Maybe we'll be happy together. Or maybe there will be broken hearts. I don't know it.
All I know is that this is future and we are here now. All that is important at the moment is Rory and how she closes her eyes as I capture her lips with mine now.
