Cloud Strife, an Ex-SOLDIER from the town of Nibelheim turned Mercenary has just assisted the anti-Shinra terrorist group known as AVALANCHE in their biggest attack against the company yet. A bombing – on the Number One Reactor – cutting off power to the whole sector.
The leader of the group, Barrett Wallace and his friends fight against Shinra for the sake of the planet and vow to continue to destroy the reactors. Begged by his old childhood friend from his hometown, Tifa, to join them Cloud agrees and assists in the bombing of the reactor and after almost leaving he signs off for a second mission.
Will Cloud continue to stay with AVALANCHE? Will AVALANCHE defeat the evil company known as Shinra – who are killing the planet itself? And is there something bigger at hand – an evil hidden away waiting for its chance to return? And can the world be saved from the damage that has already been dealt to it?

A research specimen and warrior from Cosmo Canyon.

An Ex-Turk whose past has left him with memories he'd rather forget.
A man with the sky and outer space on his mind whose dreams were destroyed.
Together these five men, three women and one robot will join together to fight against Shinra and the darkness to try and save the planet.
Will they succeed?
Or will Shinra and the darkness prevail?
Author's Note: What do you think? I know that it is not very long but it is only a prologue and the actual chapters will be much more in-depth and will contain detailed descriptions of both the location and the characters and enemies themselves.
