Natsu walked slowly over to the guild. He hated this day, above almost all others. The entire guild was green, and it was sorta gross. The worst thing, however, was when he got inside.
Everybody started pinching him! I mean, what was with that? No fair! Nobody else got pinched!
He padded slowly into the guild, where there were green banners all over the walls. Elfman was, instead of a shirt that says 'MAN' it now said 'GREEN'. Natsu didn't get it at all. What was with this day and green?
"Natsu! Over here!" A voice said urgently, which he recognized as Lucy's. Gazing around the room, he noticed that nobody but Lucy had noticed him yet. He glanced at Lucy. She was wearing green everything. Even green lipstick.
"Natsu, you idiot, you have to wear green! Max was nearly sent to the hospital because he didn't wear any!" "Why?" "Because it's Saint Patrick's day, baka!" "Wazzat?"
Lucy sweat dropped. Leave it to Natsu. "Whatever, wear some green!" "I don't have any!"
Lucy looked on her wrists. She had no bracelets, no bangles, nothing that she could lend to Natsu. Suddenly, she had an idea. It wasn't the best of ideas, but seeing your partner pinched half to death was something she rather didn't see.
Quickly, she pecked Natsu's cheek. "There. Now you have some green."
Natsu was a bit dazed. Maybe he would like this Saint Patrick's day after all.
