Hello!! This is my first attempt on writing a fanfiction. I really hope that you guys will let me know your opinions on the story below. I'm not yet sure on where this story will lead me but this is definitely a Sesshomaru/Kagome story.

THEIR STORY by Charmed Lady
CHAPTER 1: How It All Started
It wasn't because she's perfect. No. She is far from being perfect. She's even far from what he would describe as his ideal lady. Yes. She definitely isn't perfect. She isn't a lot of things. Yet here he is in the sky, with the clouds, above everything and everyone, observing her so intently giving her his full and undivided attention. The reason? He doesn't know. Try as he might, the reason why he is doing this eludes him. All he knows is that he can't ignore her. Each and every passing day, he simply MUST see her may it be only for a second.
She sits on the grass with longing in her eyes. Longing for something she cannot identify. She feels so full and, at the same time, so empty inside. What is it that yearns for? What is it that she needs to complete her? Or maybe she should be asking, who is it that she yearns for, she needs? All this thoughts and feelings make her feel so heavy that she is finding it hard to smile. But she has to. For the people she cares about, she has to keep pretending that everything is okay; that everything is going the way she wants it to be. Because that is just the way she is.
He… she… they are two people that live very different lives. Yet here they are, under the same sun, under the same sky searching for something that they cannot comprehend. Will he be her answer? Will she help him understand? Only time can tell…
