Author's Note: This is for saltzmans Monopoly Challenge. I landed on Gringotts Banking fee and had to break up my OTP.
Hermione was fuming, and could feel her magic rise inside of her ready to leash out.
"I'm sorry Hermione, I didn't mean it. Please forgive me," Sirius begged.
"No. I won't forgive you, because how will I know that you would never do that to me again?" she replied trying to keep her voice steady.
"I promise that I won't," he replied.
"You promise?" Hermione snorted derisively. "You promised me that you would never do it again after the last time, and look where we are now. No. You've had your chance and you blew it. I will be moving out in the morning."
"Hermione please," Sirius begged again as she began to walk out.
"Save it for someone who cares, Sirius," Hermione said not looking back.
