To the town of Hyrule City rode a stranger one fine day
Hardly spoke to folks around him didn't have too much to say
No one dared to ask his business no one dared to make a crack
For the stranger there among them had a broad sword on his back

It was early in the morning when he rode into the town
He came riding from the south side blue eyes lookin' all around
He's an outlaw loose and running came the whisper quiet and quick
And he's here to do some business with the broad sword on his back

In this town a tyrant ruled with the title of Evil King
Hair as red as fire with armor the purest black, Ganon was a fiend
He was vicious and a killer standing over six foot four
And using magic dark and black he became a vicious boar
Became a vicious boar
Now the stranger started talking made it plain to folks around
Was the chosen hero wouldn't be too long in town
He came here to free the people and return the rightful crown
He said it didn't matter Ganon would be taken down
Would be taken down
Wasn't long before the story reached the King of Evil's ears
But the tyrant didn't worry no one had bested him in years
All the knights of Hyrule had faced him and all were ended with a snap
And so would be the hero with the broad sword on his back

The trials passed so quickly and now it was time for them to meet
Atop the tower both stood off neither about to admit defeat
Folks were quaking and cowering hardly daring to draw breath
They feared the chosen hero was about to meet his death
About to meet his death
For hours they continued with their deadly foray
And the courage of the hero is still talked about today
With one last show of power Ganon moved to attack
But the hero's aim was deadly with the broad sword on his back

It was over in a moment as the dust settled down
Trapped by the seal Ganon was nowhere to be found
Oh he might have went on ruling but of senses did he lack
When he tried to match the hero with the broad sword on his back

A/N: Alright I hope you enjoyed that little diddy. I don't know if any of you guessed but this is a parody of the Marty Robbins' song Big Iron. I always thought it sounded a lot like a final battle between Link and Ganondorf so I've been working to convert it, which take awhile. Hopefully I did a decent job and didn't butcher this too badly. If you want to know the basic tune this is to be sung to just look up the actual song since I tried to make it fit to that. Also before anyone calls me out on it, I do know Ganondorf is used for his human form and Ganon is the monster form, but the name Ganondorf doesn't work well in a song. So let me know what you guys think.
