Weapons: Martial Arts, and Devil Fruit power that allows him to control what the body feels. Only works if his enemies have met his eyes at least once, which is why he keeps his powers abilities secret
Battle Skills: Using his power to manipulate feelings, he can control a battle in his favor by making his enemies flee, beg or fight amongst each other. He can also make them adore him or make them hesitate in battle giving him time to knock them out using Martial art moves
Personality: Never shows emotion, cruel, very calm, protective of his crew, weak sense of pain
Clothing: Marine General's cloak that he wears normally and closed, simple black shirt with torn hems over a black fishnet tank top, simple black pants and large black boots. Wears studded wristbands but nothing around his neck
History: Born in one of the levels of Impel Down, he already had his powers. The reason was his mother, a pirate, had eaten a Devil Fruit in hopes it will get her out. Not knowing she was pregnant at the time she didn't get the powers while her recently developed son took everything. Secretly his mother looked after him until he was seven when she passed away, Volkan was able to live in the many levels on his own. Using his powers he was able to move through each level with ease and escape the Marines. Finally a General was able to speak with him and persuade him out, for the next twenty years Volkan rose through the Marine ranks and became legendary for making pirates turn insane before they arrived at the prison.
