Jake and Amy laid sprawled across Amy's couch, watching Property Brothers while eating some popcorn. "Hey, Jake?" asked Amy, still keeping her eyes glued to the TV screen. "Yea, Ames?" replied Jake, tearing his eyes away from the said screen to gaze at his girlfriend.

"I was talking to a friend of mine."

"A friend? Ames, we all know it's Kylie."

"Oh shut up."

"You know you love me."

With a huff, Amy turned her attention to her boyfriend. "Back to the thing with Kylie, she was talking to me about something called Fanfiction."

"Fanfiction?"

"Yep. Apparently anybody could go on the website and write stories about TV shows or movies or books… etc."

Jake's eyes lit up. "Do you think they would have it for the Property Brothers?"

Amy raised an eyebrow. "I don't know but I don't see why not. But are you really that obssessed with Property Brothers? It's not that- ok I'll stop talking now."

Amy pulled her laptop from the floor and onto the couch. She typed something in the web browser and she clicked on the first result that showed up.

"Fanfiction..." she murmured, mostly to herself.

Jake stopped watching TV altogether and peered over Amy's shoulder to see the web results.

"Oh look Ames! They have categories! It would be under TV shows, right?"

"Stop!" Jake cried.

Amy abruptly stopped her scrolling, "Did you find it?"

"No… but I found something else." Jake answered, pointing to a link that said, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."

"That's just a coincidence, right?" asked Amy, albeit a bit uneasily. "There can be a TV show for something in Brooklyn… that's about the Nine-Nine…"

Jake shrugged, "Let's find out." clicking on the link before Amy could protest.

Amy's eyes widened. "It mentions us by name." she said, dazedly.

Jake's smile grew. "We're famous!" he crowed.

Amy gently slapped his arm. "Do you really want to see what people write about our precinct?" "Sure, why not?"

Amy squinted at the screen. "Does that say 'Peraltiago?'"

Jake shrugged. "All I know is that we cannot let Charles find out about this. He. Would. Freak."

Amy nodded in agreement. She hovered her mouse over one of the stories and her eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"There are different ratings for different stories. Let's just click on the K+ rating first." she commented.

By the time they were finished reading their first fanfiction, Amy's eyes were shining. "That's so cute!" she cooed. "I can't believe you would do something like that for me!"

Jake shook his head, "I didn't." he reminded her.

Amy paused. "Oh right," she said sheepishly, "But you should do something like that in the future. That fanfiction is so cute!"

She clicked to go back to the previous page. She scrolled down even further.

"Most of these stories are about you and me, Jake. But- oh look! There's one of me and Rosa!" she remarked with a slight smile.

"Oh my god."

"AMY! I didn't know you had feelings for Rosa!" *Gasp* "Am I your beard?"

"I love YOU, you dummy. Now, don't make me repeat it!" Amy said, with a chaste kiss to his cheek.

"Alright… I guess I forgive you… DON'T SLAP!"

Amy clicked to go back to the previous page again.

"This one is rated M. I wonder why… Also Peraltiago. Wow. Over 200 favorites, follows, and reviews. Maybe M stands for really good stories."

Both Amy and Jake gaped at the screen.

"People read this?!" Jake gasped, astounded.

Needless to say, they never did find out if there was a fanfiction story out there for the Property Brothers.
