It all happened so fast. Stan and Kyle were just chatting in the playground when Cartman walked up to them.

"Hey Stan, Jew," he said, smiling.

Stan noticed Kyle's fists curling.

"So Kyle," Cartman said. "How'd your...date with Heidi turn ou-"

Suddenly, Kyle was upon him, pummelling his nose in. Kyle fell back and Cartman staggered backwards, trying to stem the flow of blood already flowing from his nose. "Dude! What the fuck!"

"You, you bastard!" Kyle shouted, launching forward and socking Cartman in the face. He grabbed Cartman's arm and twisted. Stan and the crowd that was forming were all shocked when there was a snapping noise and Cartman let out a pig-like squeal.

"Aargh! You son of a bitch! I'm gonna kill you, you stinking Jew-"

Kyle didn't let him finish his sentence. He grabbed Cartman's neck with his left hand and started punching him with his right, punctuating the space between each punch with a word.

"You - stinking - piece - of fat - worthless - shit!" Kyle cried, throwing Cartman backwards, who fell into the snow. He blinked groggily at Kyle through eyes swelling shut as Kyle ran towards him. Kyle kicked him in the ribs and he curled in on himself. Kyle continued to rain down kicks and blows on the other boy as the crowd watching silently. Eventually, after the ground had been stained a shade of crimson, Craig and Stan ran to Kyle, grabbing him by the arms and dragging him back. Kyle struggled wildly as Clyde, Token and Kenny hoisted Cartman up, who's head lolled.

"Dude! Calm down! Stop!" Stan said, as Kyle continued to struggle wildly.

Cartman coughed suddenly, blood and teeth landing on the snow below.

"Heh heh," he said, wincing slightly. "St...stinkin'...Jew..."

Kyle screamed in rage.

"Worthless! You are worthless!" he screamed. "No one loves you. No one! No one could ever love you! Eric Cartman, you are the filth of this Earth! You will forever be alone!" he raged, practically spitting fire. As DavĂd and Kenny also ran forward to restrain him and the school bell rang for the end of recess, Cartman slowly processed what Kyle had said as he was dragged inside. Unlovable? Worthless? Alone? His brain struggled to process these words as hands carried him onto a table, voices whispered.

What could he of done? How could he of angered Kyle so much? Kyle, the most level-headed person he knew? With those thoughts, Cartman drifted into unconsciousness.

I'm not gonna lie when I say I wrote this solely to take out my anger on Cartman. Sorry if Kyle seemed out of character, but Cartman turning Heidi against Kyle might of been the straw which broke the camel's back for him. Anyway, comments and criticism are always helpful.
