Miley's pov
I looked over at Selena and smiled a little I wanted things to be back to normal but I knew it wouldn't happen for a while not until we find out why nick killed himself.
'Look Sel I know things won't be the same but I want to try, I miss you.'
Selena smiles 'me too there's so much we have to talk about, maybe we should just go to nicks apartment and look for anything that could help'
I sigh 'the detective said there was nothing there that could help, but your right maybe there is. Maybe it's something only you and I can find together'
Selena looks up at me with watery eyes 'I miss him Miley so much it hurts and when I saw you guys together it broke my heart'
'I know and I am really sorry for everything and I know Nick would be too if he were here. He loved you Selena and I was just too full of myself to accept it, I am so sorry for that'
Selena looks at me 'it's so hard to forgive you guys I know Nick is gone but your my best friends, I want to forgive you so bad but right now it's hard. I want to try and be friends so we can figure out what's going on'
Things would work out I kept telling myself that
'I know Sel. Let's go to Nick's and see what we can find maybe there's something he left that only we could find'
Selena nods, 'okay good idea Milez'
So we drive to Nicks apartment, when we get up to his apartment it's cold and dark. I turn on the lights and rub my fingers together
'Lets start looking'
I start looking around for anything and all I find is a couple bills, his favorite blanket and a few other pieces of paper but nothing to exciting but then I see something, a black box, I open it and gasp. It's a diamond ring, Nick was going to propose to Selena. I tear up knowing this would break her even more so I hide the box in my purse when Selena walks in.
'Hey Sel I didn't find anything did you?"
