{SPOILERS} Don't read if u want to keep the magic alive!
MERLIN SEASON 3! YES! And a hug after 3 years! Tell me about taking it slowly! Anyway I am so excited about everything in Series 3 especially EVIL MORGANA so I thought that I must definitely make something for the Arthur/Morgana scenes in the episode!
She was heading to Uther's chambers to check on his condition. Her plan; their plan was perfect and soon it would be a success. Camelot would fall and Uther would be dead. The man that had caused so much pain to her people would be no more.
She didn't expect to find Arthur by Uther's bed. But, of course, it was only natural. He was his father and she seemed to have forgotten that there still were people who cared about and loved Uther.
He hadn't heard her coming in. She could see the way he looked at his father's body; he was in pain. She could see the tears building up in his eyes. The eyes she loved and she still loved. She went to stand beside him putting her arms around his shoulders.
"I need him to get better" he said. She had her eyes on him; she didn't care about the King. She wanted him to be alright. She could feel his tense body in her palms. For one moment she wished she was not the one behind all this.
"I know" she said but what she truly meant was Forgive me. Not because she regretted what she had done to Uther but because she would cause him so much pain in the future. It felt so wrong hurting him especially when she had him in her hands like this; especially when she had the man she fell in love so many years ago, when they were only children, with her again.
He pulled himself together and placed an arm around her waist bringing her closer. Their eyes met for a tiny moment. Everything was written in his eyes. Relief, distress, fear…
How she wished to wipe all these emotions from his eyes; to place her hands on both sides of his face and take his mouth on hers; to feel his sweet lips on her. She would never allow herself to even think of such a thing before but she was different now. A totally different person. She was the villain now and she would not take back what she has done and she had no intention of stopping for his sake.
"I'm glad you are here" he said. I'm glad I'm here too. In your arms. My love. I am sorry. And she knew that those thoughts would be the only truth she ever said or thought all the time she would be in Camelot.
I know it's short and crappy but I HAD to write something about this scene. Once inspiration hits me again and more episodes air I'll write a much bigger one..Hope u liked it.
