A/N: Omg, I've been waiting to get this up. Well, lets see, what to say? Oh yes, even though Kagome got more votes to be Moka, I've decided to make Inuyasha Moka. You see me and my editor, Midnightbat, couldn't see Inu being weak like Tsukune, so yeah. Well on with the story! :D

I looked outside as the bus I just got on took me to my new high school, Yokai Academy.

My parents enrolled me into Yokai Academy after they found this pamphlet just lying on the ground. You see, they thought it looked like a really good opportunity for me to get into a good high school.

I sighed, they never ask me what I want to do. They always decide for me.

Then, the buswent into a tunnel and was engulfed in a bright light. Before I knew it, the bus was on the other side and had stopped.

"This is your stop kid." I got up and walked out of the bus. "Good luck staying here." And with that the bus turned around and left. Good luck with staying here? Is it that hard to be enrolled in this school? Or do I look like I'm not smart enough?

I looked over and found a scarecrow with a pumpkin as its head. And let me tell you, it was creepy looking. The pumpkin had this jagged, eerie grin on it's face and wore a tattered, brown cloth over itself.

I took out the map that my mom had given me and made my way to the school. As soon as I hit the huge forest that surrounded it, I got lost.

"Ugg, isn't there any easier way to get there!" I yelled to myself.

That's when I heard something. The sound of a bike? I looked over to see a bike speeding towards me.

Ah crap! I tried jumping out of the way of the bike, but, to no avail, it crashed right into me.

"Ow, what is wrong with you?! Speeding like that is dangerous!"

I looked at the person who rode the bike. He had short, black hair (Yes, I'm making Inuyasha have short hair. :P) with chocolate brown eyes just like me. The thing that entranced me the most was the choker he had on. It had black and white beads. The white beads looked like little fangs, while the black just looked like ordinary beads, and a silver chain led down to a sphere shaped, milky pink jewel that could fit in the palm of my hand.

"Oi, you should watch where you're going!" Can you believe this dude?! He was the one that crashed into me!

"Well I'm sorry, but the last time I checked, people don't watch for bikes that go speeding through the forest!"

He scoffed. "Keh, it's not like you can't take it. You'll survive." This guy has attitude problems.

Ignoring his last comment I decided to introduce myself. "Well, anyway, I'm Kagome. What's your name?"

He raised his eyebrow and gruffly said,"Inuyasha."

"Now that I finally know Mr. Run-People-Over's name, are you on your way to Yokai Academy?"

"It's not my fault you don't watch where your going, and I am. Why are you lost?"

He smirked very annoyingly. My eye twitched a little, showing my annoyance. I sighed,"I hate to admit this, but yeah I'm lost. I need directions."

"Just follow the path, stupid."

"I'm stupid?! You're the jerk going around speeding on a bike!"

"And you're the one stupid enough to just stand there like a dumb ass."

I sighed in frustration, this guy is so...so...ugg! I have no words to describe him.

"You know what, lets just forget it. I don't want to be late for the first day of school, so lets just walk on the path together."

I knew I would probably get nowhere arguing with him, so I decided to try and change the subject.

"Keh, fine." And with that we started to trek our way to school.

At school...

"Wow, that was so tiring!" I took in greedy amounts of air, trying to catch my breath. The pathway to school was hard to walk. It was uphill the whole way.

"Keh, it wasn't that hard wench."

Then I remembered, the jerk who ran me over was still there. He had decided to dub me with the title of "wench" on our way here.

I glared at him. Through heavy breath I asked,"You're not tired?"

"Well obviously not." He rolled his eyes. I'm amazed at the energy this guy has.

Then I heard someone whistle and say,"Hey girly, what ya doin' with lowlife trash like that? Why don't you come with a real man instead of a boy?"

I looked over to see a boy with red hair and blue eyes. He walked towards us with a cocky smirk on his face.

"Who you calling trash?" Inyasha seemed to bark this out, growling slightly.

He ignored Inuyasha and came toward me. "Name is Ryu. Why don't the two of us go have a little fun?" He winked as he said the last word.

I inwardly gagged. Really dude? I decided to reject him and said,"Sorry, but no. You're not really my type."

He pushed me against the locker, chuckling. "Playing hard to get, I like it. You're a feisty one, I like girls wi-" He was interrupted when Inuyasha pulled him away.

"The girl said no so leave her alone, will ya?" The guy glared at Inuyasha and was about to say something but was interrupted by the warning bell.

"We'll continue this later." He glared at Inuyasha, then looked at me,"See ya around hot stuff." Then he walked off like nothing had happened.

I cringed in disgust and shook my head. I looked at Inuyasha, slowly processing that he had helped me.

"Hey Inuyasha?"

He looked at me, raising an eyebrow. "What?"

"Um, thanks for helping me back there. I probably would have been in big trouble if you hadn't stepped in." Maybe he wasn't so bad.

"Keh, what else was I supposed to do, watch you get molested in the hallway?" I blushed at that, well knowing what could have happened.

I laughed nervously and nodded. "Well thanks again."

He nodded curtly and crossed his arms.

"Um I guess we should be getting to class. I mean that was the morning bell." He nodded in agreement, starting to walk off.

I decided to follow his lead and walked to my first class of the day.

In class...

I walked into my first class with Inuyasha. Turns out we were going the same way. I also found out that Inuyasha has the same homeroom as me.

As we stepped in, I noticed that my teacher had black cat ears and a tail. Wait... What?! Is that really appropriate in the school setting? I walked to one of the empty seats in the back. Inuyasha followed and sat to the back of me. Ryu, the guy from earlier, winked as I sat down while Inuyasha rolled his eyes and quickly planted himself in his seat.

"Now then class, lets start!"

I looked up at our teacher, still questioning the cat ears and tail. Isn't there some kind of dress code for the teachers? "First off, my name is Hikara-Sensei. I will be your homeroom teacher. (This is my character. :D I always put myself in my stories.) Second, lets go through the rules of the school. You must follow these at all times."

I looked at her, tilting my head. "First rule, no going into your true forms! This is to help you get used to the way you will appear to the humans. We can't just have you wandering around the human rule as a demon, now can we?" The whole class nodded in unison.

Wait wait wait true form? This is a joke right? I mean demons don't exist. That's crazy!

"Second rule, you can't go to the human world unless permitted by a teacher. The only time you'll get to go is when we take you on class trips."

Wait what? Why are they acting like there are two different worlds? I'm confused...

"And the third and final rule, if you know a human is anywhere on or around campus, report to an adult immediately! This is a very important rule! Remember, some humans can be cruel towards demons so report if they're found!"

At this point my head was spinning... What kind of school was this? This is so freaky... A school for demons?

"That's about it class. If there are any questions, just ask, ok?"

How about how to leave this place?

At lunch...

Inuyasha and I decided to hang out since we didn't know anyone else. "Hey Inuyasha... since we're not supposed to transform, can I know what kind of, um, demon you are?"

He grabbed some tomato juice from the vending machine and opened it, taking small sips.

"I'm half dog demon, half vampire." A shiver ran down my spine. A vampire? Oh boy...

"Oh um... Why did you decide to come to this school?"

He raised an eyebrow as we both sat down on a bench.

"Well the humans decided to make me the center of teasing because I was, as they called it, 'weird'. I got tired of their bullshit."

"Oh, I see. Sorry to hear that." My eyes softened slightly. I bet it was hard for him. Heck, it's hard for even some humans to fit in.

"How bout you wench?" Uh oh, what am I supposed to say? I can't exactly tell him that I'm human...

So I came up with something. "Uh, me? Well, to tell you the truth, my parents made me come here. They thought it looked really cool and enrolled me immediately. And as for my demon, I'm not gonna reveal that just yes." Well it wasn't technically a lie.

He looked at me with a raised eyebrow. "Well ok then."

I sighed in relief, thankful he didn't push the topic anymore.

After school...

I decided to quickly take off after school. I didn't belong here. They're all... demons and well, I'm nothing but a human.

Just as I got outside and was about to take off in a sprint, Inuyasha popped up behind me and asked,"Wench, where you goin'?"

I stopped and looked back at him. "I'm leaving. I don't belong here Inuyasha."

He tilted his head to the side. "What do you mean?"

"Exactly what I said. Please, I have to leave. I just can't stay here." I started to walk away until he grabbed my hand.

"Kagome, stay. I'm pretty sure whatever happened isn't as big as you're making it out to be." I tried pulling away.

"Let go! I have to leave! It is a big deal!"

I wish he would stop making it harder to leave. Don't get me wrong, I actually started liking Inuyasha as a friend, but I don't think he'll accept the fact I'm a human. I mean, they bullied him from what he told me. He came here just to get away from them.

"Nope you aren't leaving; not until I get answers. I don't get why I even care, but you can't just give up."

I stopped struggling and turned, yelling, "You really want to know why I can't stay?! I'm a human! I'm one of them, the things you tried to get away from!"

My bangs hid my eyes as he quickly dropped my hand. "What?"

"I'm human... and I can't stay here. Goodbye Inuyasha." I sprinted away as fast as I could before Inuyasha decided to do anything.

I have to do this, otherwise I might get killed. I looked back one last time, only to see him start to sprint after me. What was he doing?

I ran faster. I couldn't let him catch me, I just couldn't.

P.O.V Change(Inuyasha's P.O.V)

My legs just started taking off on their own. I don't know why. I mean she literally just screamed in my face she was one of those stupid humans.

She ran ahead and started gaining speed. After a few minutes, I lost sight of her and growled a little. How hard was it to catch one human? I mean, I know I'm in my human form but this is ridiculous.

That's when I heard her scream. The wench got herself into trouble, didn't she? I took off in a blur to catch up, only to find Ryu, his name disgusts me, holding onto her. This bastard never gives up, does he?

"Come on, I showed you my true form, now show me yours."

"No, please just leave me alone." I heard Kagome plead to him in a helpless voice.

I ran over and kicked the dude in the jaw. Though he's in his monster form, which was a dragon demon, and I was in my human form, I still got a good hit on him.

"Are you okay, Kagome?"

"Y-yes, I'm f-fine."

I heard Ryu stand up from where he was thrown. I quickly straightened up and Kagome backed up against a tree, looking panicked.

Ryu approached and growled, licking his lips. "Yo asshole, you'll pay for that."

I sighed. Great, I gotta fight this perv in my human form. How? I don't know, but I'll manage somehow.

I kept my eyes straight on Ryu as he ran forward, yelling to Kagome. "Run! I'll take care of him." I quickly dodged his charge.

I could only hear Kagome. "No! I'm not leaving until I know you're ok!"

"Just go idiot!"

Ryu laughed loudly at our argument and smirked. "Seems like she doesn't wanna listen."

I rolled my eyes, jogging backward, to avoid another hit he sent my way.

As time went on I realized he had backed off a bit and had opened his mouth. Something fiery was forming in his mouth and it shot out. I realized I couldn't move in time and waited for the impact of fire to consume my body.

Suddenly I felt my body be pushed out of the way. Kagome had come and now was falling down, with me. As we fell, it seemed like she was trying to grab onto me. She accidentally grabbed onto the jewel and it was yanked from it's chain.

She had successfully pulled it off. I smirked as I felt the power surging through me. Time to teach this asshole a lesson.
