Blurs of green passed by as the train sped away to Hogwarts making the butterfly's in my stomach flutter faster. I wasn't scared of anything, just nervous, well a little worried too. What if I was put in Slytherin? Will they hate me if that happens? These thoughts haunted me.
My eyes started to get heavy, and I fell asleep. Ow! A sharp beak that belonged to my owl, Zaza, pecked me. I woke up to the faces of Lily and James staring at me. Oh, let's not forget Rose and Hugo Wesley.
"Put on your robe. we're almost there", Lily said to me.
"You were asleep for the whole time", James said as I put on my robes. We are almost there?
Lily puts her arm around my shoulder," You will be fine Albus."
Suddenly, the doors of our compartment flew open as a pale boy with dirty blond hair and cold blue eyes stepped in.
" Well, well, well, I see that the rumors are true. The Potters and the Weasleys are on the train. My name is Malfoy, Sorpious Malfoy." He said. " It's pleasure to meet the children of the famous hero's."His face wore a cruel smirk as he held out his hand to me.
"Hello Scorpious, we weren't really expecting you", James said with a frown.
Scorpius is a second-year like James and Lily. I am guessing that they aren't really close friends, the thought almost makes me smile.
"Look, you can see Hogwarts," Rose exclaimes as she points out the window.
With that Scorpius hurried away to his compartment. Hugo, Rose, and I huddled together to look out the window. Hogwarts as it loomed closer and closer. Finally, the train slowed down and stopped. Everyone hurried out the train, to see that their view was blocked by a towering wizard with long, bushy gray hair.
"Hey there", the wizard says to us, "the names Hagrid".
"Hello Hagrid, said James. "This is Albus."
Why don't I get to introduce myself? I can talk. I was getting very annoyed, they were treating me as if I can't do anything by myself.

"It's nice to meet you too,"I responded back with a smile.
"Well we should get goin,"With that said Hagrid turned around a called,"First years follow me!"
With Hugo, Lily, and Rose by my side, we starated down a dirt road towards the big lake. There were several boats docked, rose and I got on the boat with Hagrid. Lily and Hugo were right behind us. I could tell Hugo didn't know how to row a boat properly, they were rocking and wobbling on the water. Soon enough the castle loomed into view.
