Chapter 1: The news
Clary
As i enter through the doors of the hospital, fear overwhelms me with my mind racing wondering whether i should turn back now. Over the past week, Clary has been feeling ill and being sick every morning as well as being sick to strong smells. Being married to Jace Herondale, she could not hide this forever so she decided that today would be the day she found out what was wrong.
The doctor called her name but as Clary started to walk, she could feel as though she should have told Jace so he could be with her. But she carried on and entered the room.
Clary sat down on the bed while the doctor closed the door.
"Hello Clary, im Doctor Imorgen and i will be seeing to you today. So what is the problem?" asked the doctor.
Taking a deep breath, Clary slowly began to talk while playing with her wedding ring.
"Well, recently i have been sick every morning and this is very unusual for me as i am a very fit and healthy person. But i cant figure out what is wrong. I am starting to get worried and i just want to know." Explained Clary
"Well i will need to run some tests but i should be able to get back to you with some answers very soon. Dont worry Clary, there is no need to panic." Imorgen walked away with a blood sample and a urine sample as Clary waited.
After 20 minutes, Imorgen returned with results in hand with a smile on her face.
"Well i have seen the test results which are back and i have some good news for you Clary. I am happy to say that you are pregnant."
Suddenly Clary frozen once she heard the news.
"Pregnant?" Clary expressed.
