Authors Note:
Hi... I know it's been an inexcusably long time since I've updated ANYTHING, but that's because I've lost all inspiration for all of my stories. I'm sorry, but I probably won't be updating any of them anytime soon. Or ever.
Most of my time has been poured into my tumblr RP account for a young Riddler (my URL is nashton if anyone was curious). This Drabble actually came from there.
Disclaimer: I don't own Eddie.
Warnings: Cursing, implied child abuse and slight gore.
You stupid fucking moron!
Eddie groaned, holding his head in his gloved hands. The usually soft fabric was crusty reeked of blood. He pulled his hands away, frowning when he felt the residue stick to his face. Disgusting. Slowly, he peeled off one glove, and then the other, flexing his hands once they were free. He moved mechanically to the bathroom, grabbing the bottle of Advil from the medicine cabinet, before returning to the kitchen for a glass of water. His head was killing him.
We should have aborted you! Would have saved us a fuck load of trouble, and maybe you're mother wouldn't have fucking killed herself, you stupid piece of shit!
More screams tore through the house, and the loud sound felt like it was ripping through Eddie's skull. "Fuck." He cursed under his breath, quickly pouring the water, and downing one, two pills.
Little bitch. What's this? Another undeserved A? Are you going to admit to cheating this time, Ed?
The young Riddler cringed, gripping the counter in his hands as more screams filled the area around him.
You fucking
He closed his eyes tightly.
Little
The boy's chest heaved.
Liar!
"Agh!" There was a loud crash, as the glass was thrown into the wall, shattering upon impact.
…
The screaming stopped.
Stumbling, Eddie made his way into the back room. He leaned heavily on the door frame and, in the dim light, he could see the mangled body of the man he had put in his latest trap. His chest wasn't moving. The only sound that could be heard was the steady drip, drip, drip of blood.
Letting the door close with a shaky hand, Eddie walked slowly away. Away from the blood, away from the man who had irritated him to the point where he deserved a death like that.
After all, someone has to do something terrible to earn them that sort of treatment from the Riddler, and oh, did this fat, lazy excuse for a human being deserve this fate. He had done the unimaginable! An unforgivable act in Edward's book.
He reminded Eddie of his father.
