I had a dream about this last night and I just had to write it down. It's like an alternative to Lucy's escape with Nana in it. Please, don't expect a new chapter, this'll just be a one shot.
I kept thinking about that fur jacket all day. So, yeah,that's all I've got to say. I haven't watched Elfen Lied in a long time, so maybe not everything is as it seems like in the anime. O_O
A black pickup truck drove down the lonely road. The driver was unaware of the stowaways hiding in the back among all the boxes. Every once in a while, one of the two snuck a glance through the window at the driver. He had his eyes fixed on the road, with no knowledge of the uninvited passenger and her other friend.
"We need to get out of here," said the woman, brushing back a lock of pink hair from her face.
The other passenger, also pink-haired, peeked from one of the boxes and looked at her friend. Her pink eyes blinking. Her friend glared at the driver, careful to keep out of sight. A pair of horns poked through her mess of pink hair, much like the other girl in the truck.
In a split second there was a torrent of blood pouring through the windshield like a torpedo. The truck swerved until it crashed into a light post. Electricity crackled, smoke came out of the now dented up hood. He two girls jumped out from the wreckage and looked around. The drover was dead, and his blood bathed much of his truck and the road.
"What now?" asked the shorter girl.
"There." said the taller woman. She pointed to the house in the distance.
The two ran, careful not to step on the blood. The night hid them from anything and anyone. Once they reached the house, they first went to the backyard. Just as they thought. Three clothes lined. The two women were not wearing anything at all so they had to steal what they can.
"Grab whatever fits you." said the tall woman to the short one. The short girl wandered through the three clothes lines and took her time at whatever clothes grabbed her attention.
The tall woman didn't waste any time. She quickly took the black bra and panties. She slipped on a magenta tank top and a black skirt. She was about to head off when she locked eyed with a black jacket. It had a fur collar, also black. And it had all these little sequins on the chest area. She really liked it, so she took it.
"Lucy?" called the other girl. She showed up wearing a pair of black pants and a black jacket with purple outlines.
"Now what?" said the short girl.
Lucy looked at the house with its dark windows. No doubt the owners were asleep in bed. She and her friend could kill them and eat their food after. And then, hunt down the world.
"Let's go, Nana." Lucy said. From her back four invisible arms emerged, ready to kill. Nana shot out from her back and followed Lucy.
Opening the door, Lucy replayed her escape from the Diclonius Research Institute. She killed the guards and sensed Nana's presence. After freeing her she and Lucy found an exit as well a killing the guards that blocked her way. Neither Lucy nor Nana knew how to swim, so they used their vectors to glide through the water like sharks. When they reached the mainland she and Nana saw the black truck and hid amongst the all the junk. Now they were here. And Lucy would go about her plan to destroy humanity.
Her and Nana, whom Lucy didn't hold ill will to. But she needed to find someone before she did that. Kouta. But first she had to get rid of these helpless humans...
