Schizo: This is my first Xenosaga fic. It was done for my Creative Writing Club at school. The teacher had us each write down a list of five words, then she compiled them together into one list and gave it back to us, telling us to write something using as many words as we could. I swore to myself as I was writing it that I wouldn't make it Xenosaga, but somehow it ended up that way. I blame it on one of the words I put on the list, and some other ones. A list of the words will follow the story.

Disclaimer: I don't own anything. I do however worship Xenosaga, thpugh it may not seem that way.

Fate-Kismet

A black swallowtail butterfly fluttered in, landing on a lily pad. The archetype's head turned to look at it, pondering as to its existance, as to its kismet. The butterfly flew again, this time making its way toward a blackberry bush, only to have the archetype's hand reach out, becoming it's executioner. Bringing the crushed butterfly closer, the archetype's eyes lit up ravenously as it assimilated the butterfly's broken body into itself. Suddenly the archetype felt itself immobilized as it's conciousness began to schism.

The girl's eyes slid open, seeing above her the apparition of a black butterfly, She tried reaching toward it, but found herself in a state of paralysis, trapped within a tesseract, all existance outside of it irrelevant.

'Where is this?' she wondered.

Zion. A voice answered. But not of your own concent, impudent child, You are simply in hypnosis. Now wake.

Once again her eyes slid closed then back open. Looking around, she spotted her creator, who reached out and glomped her. "I thought you'd never wake, KOS-MOS," the woman whispered.

Schizo: Odd list. All of my words, except for glomp, also have something to do with Xenosaga. Well, not butterfly, but that's my friend and I's nickname for Albedo because of his cape. Heh, Butterfly Boy... Anyways, I'd like to know what other people think of this, and if it makes anymore snese to you then it does to me.
