"Levi."
His name passes between her lips in a breath as he leans down to kiss her neck. He pauses a moment to suck on the pulse point, groaning when her fingers come up and thread through his hair. Holding him to her, Petra nods her head.
"I'm ready," she tells him, wrapping her legs around his waist and grinding against him to emphasize the point.
Still nipping at her neck, he lifts her toned legs and situates himself so that he can enter her. With a swift thrust, a satisfied gasp escapes Petra's throat. When he begins to move, her hands come up and clutch at the skin of his back, her fingernails digging in at some points, leaving angry scratches.
Call him a sadist, but Levi enjoys the slight bite of pain that accompanies the overwhelming feeling of pleasure. It helps remind him that this is actually happening and that they are both still alive.
He runs his hands down her body, enjoying every soft curve and tight muscle that he encounters on the way. Wrapping his arms securely around her, he pulls her closer and picks up his pace, enjoying every little pleasured moan and murmur that comes from the woman he loves.
"Levi," she gasps again, but this time she grabs his face and pulls it up to hers. She kisses him hard, her tongue dancing against his as one of her legs rub down the side of his. "I love you so much," she tells him once they stop for a breath.
He pulls back just to look at her. The face that he has memorized a thousand times over still catches him off guard with its looks. Her eyes send electricity through his veins, and even in her sweat dampened, hair tousled state, she is the most beautiful woman he has ever laid eyes on.
What did he do to deserve this?
What has he ever done in his miserable life to deserve a woman as amazing as her?
With these thoughts in mind, he leans forward and plants a loving kiss on her forehead.
Fate caused them both to be born into this cruel time. Fate caused them to end up in the same military unit. Fate brought them together, and maybe one day, that same cruel force will rip them apart. But for now they have each other, and neither one intends on letting a single moment slip by.
