The sand ran through his toes. It reminded him of a boy's hair; his hair. The hair of the boy he longed to see.

"Axel!" Roxas shouted, rushing over to the daydreaming redhead. Axel shook himself back to reality.

"Roxas!" He shouted back as the sandy-haired teenager reached him. Out of nowhere, Axel hugged him. It wasn't one of those weird hugs that boys usually give each other. It was one of those hugs. Almost immediately, Roxas stepped back. He was confused. Where did that come from?

"Um…" The blond boy was speechless. Axel's eyes went wide, and he turned to run. Before Roxas could say anything, his friend was already off the beach.

Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, Axel repeated over and over to himself. When was the last time he ran this fast? He didn't care. All that mattered was that he was escaping embarassment. However, the red-haired boy froze in his tracks, running off after you hug your crush is a major turn-off. With that in mind, Axel ran back the way he came.

On the beach, Roxas sat on the sand. He held his knees close to him. What just happened? Why did Axel hug him? Why did he feel…something? It was something big. It was on the tip of his tongue…

"I like Axel," the blue-eyed boy muttered to himself.

"Sorry, I didn't quite hear that," a voice said behind him. Roxas immediately jumped up and swirled around to face the speaker.

Both of them smirked. "How didn't you hear it? You were standing right behind me." Axel raised an eyebrow. Roxas laughed. "Ugh," he groaned.

"Now," Axel began, stepping close enough that his chest touched Roxas'. "What did you say?"

Roxas pursed his lips for a moment. The two boys burst out laughing. They hugged once more. When they broke apart, the blond teenager spread his arms out wide.

"I like Axel!" He screamed, making sure everyone on the beach heard him. The redhead grinned.

"I like Roxas!" He screamed. Now, everyone's eyes were on them. But they didn't care. If you stood where Roxas and Axel stood, you could hear a chorus of "Aww!"

Mr. Blue Eyes put his hands on Axel's neck. Mr. Green Eyes did the same to Roxas. Their lips met with a fiery passion. Two seconds later, they were lying on the beach sand.

Can you believe that happened all because of one accidental hug?
