'And then, the fireworks Fred helped me set up exploded and the words "YOU ARE THE LUCKIEST GIRL IN THE WORLD! YOU HAVE JUST WON A DATE WITH THE ONE AND ONLY JAMES SIRIUS POTTER" were sparkling in the air. The timing was terrible cause she had just dumped a pitcher of iced pumpkin juice on my head for being an insufferable git! I was glued to the spot in shock when she actually accepted. I only moved when she shook her head in exasperation and surged forward to snog the living daylights out of me!'

Everyone present was laughing their heads off at this point in his story.

'Uncle James, after all you had put her through, I can't believe she even considered it! Why, just before summer break, that arrogant arse Gideon Mathis decided that it was alright to sneak into the girls do-….' Lyra Malfoy said, trailing off at the end.

'Darling, please continue. We would love to hear the end of that interesting sounding anecdote.' Said Fred Weasley to his niece as her father and brother looked murderous.

Louis Weasley snickered as the girl struggled to avoid the situation. Luckily, at that very moment Rose Weasley- Malfoy entered the sitting room and asked,' Has James finally finished telling you his story?'

Her daughter nodded and said, 'Mum, dad. You've never told Leo and I exactly how you two got together. Was that intentional or did you never realize.' The fifteen year old girl managed to get the attention off of her with this statement. Her mum blushed, her dad looked nervous and her uncles were roaring with laughter.

James Potter grabbed his favorite niece and pulled her onto the couch beside him, saying, ' Lyra Astoria Malfoy, you have just given me, your godfather, the extreme pleasure of embarrassing your parents!'

Lyra and her twin brother, Leo, exchanged looks of confusion. Leo got up from his armchair and sat beside his sister on the couch.

'James, Fred and I all had a part to play in this story, so how about we all take turns and tell you our bit.' said Louis Weasley, all the while attempting to control his laughter.

As everyone nodded their assent, Scorpius Malfoy turned to his wife and said, ' Here we go, love.'
