Lying down in the comforts of her bed, a redhead stares back to the dark oblivion. Her purple eyes rivalling the darkness, which seems to be more alive than what she thinks.

Maki Nishikino couldn't sleep. Her mind drifting apart to places she wouldn't normally be in. Thoughts that are apparently too heavy for her to sleep peacefully.

She gaze at beautiful night sky through a huge window. The dark sky illuminated by the shiny stars, which are now covered by the thick clouds. Soft memories suddenly come in to her, bringing a smile to her face. She loved how the "flowers" bloomed and how the "starry sky" shined brightly, the "smiles" they shared everyday, the beautiful "paintings" they had created by the glorious memories, the "premonitions" they had made come true, the "hopes" they had a gathered, and now they had finally grown their wings and soar high up into the sky like "birds"who travel across the royal "sea" that "winds us back in time"...

Having enough of relieving memories. The tired redhead rise up from her sheets, staring blankly at the darkness that surrounds her, apparently to be more interesting.

"Maki? "

That soothing voice. She held dear memories from that voice. The times they spent in the music room, producing music 'till the end.

"Maki? Are you okay?"

Feeling someone's warm hand on her shoulder broke her out of the spell. She turned to see Umi, right beside her, concern evident on her features.

"Umi, I thought you were asleep."

"I would've been, but I can't stop thinking about our times as muse... We have made a lot of memories together and... it's just... " Umi gradually mumbled her words at the end. Not wanting to admit her feelings I guess.

"Same goes for me, I want to go back in time and relive those memories again. I want to practice at the roof again, I want to go around Akihabara and have fun with them, it isn't same, it is never same without them... I don't get it, why can't we meet each other again? I miss them so much." Maki replied, feeling almost the same thing as Umi.

"You took the words out of my mouth Maki. They got so busy with their personal lives now, that includes us as well." Umi said as she leaned down to Maki, showing signs of fatigue.

"True, you have your parent's dojo while I have my parent's hospital, it's a miracle that we get to meet up like this... " Maki paused "We should get some rest, we have a long day tomorrow... "

Umi nodded as she lazily lay down beside Maki. Maki wrapped her arms on her waist, kissing her forehead as Umi nuzzled to her chest. Seeking warmth and comfort.

"Hey Umi?" Maki asked. Umi replied a little hum.

"Why don't we... watch a live show? maybe with the rest of muse? "

Looking up, staring right back to Maki's hopeful eyes.

"But... Maki, we just talked how busy they are with their own lives, and now you are bringing this up?" Umi said in disapproval.

"I mean, it's not like they really are busy, we could still ask them, I am pretty sure some of them would be able to join us. " Maki replied, convincing Umi as much as her tired brain could do.

Umi sighed as she kissed Maki's cheek.

"Let's discuss this tomorrow, none of us are in any shape to make sensible decisions right now. Let's sleep alright?" Umi ending the topic completely as she goes to dreamland.

Maki sighed and hugged Umi closer, wanting to feel the warmth of the girl so much. The warm and calm feeling of Umi beside her caused her to join Umi to dreamland.

Alright, I dunno how I got to write another story, but it happened. Didn't bother with spelling errors, or grammatical errors or if it doesn't make sense because I contradicted some stuff, but I am too sleepy and tired to review it. Thanks for reading this story and hope that you had a great time. I should probably sleep too as well.. See ya next time!
