Then the story starts after Ed left Winry on the train station in Resembool.

Chapter 1 – Golden eyes
'Huh, how long time has I slept?' a blond haired guy thought by himself and yawned in the train.
He has just fallen asleep in a few minutes ago and now, he's woken up. He looked at the window next to him and saw a large meadow. The sound from the train pushed into his ears and it made him even more tired. Then he turned up his eyes and looked at the blue sky. The color of the sky made him think about a girl. It was the same color as the girl's eyes had. The girl with blond, long and silky hair who played with him since they was children. The blue eyed girl who once apart the time made an arm and a leg by steel for him. The girl he hugged before he left her.
"Oh, Winry I miss you..." the guy said quietly, hoped no one in the train could hear that.
The train turned into a tunnel. It was all dark and he could see his own reflection in the window, as a mirror. There was a blond haired guy with a ponytail. The guy had eyes like gold and was wearing a brown coat. Exactly like him.
'Yeah… I can't be another person. I'm always Edward Elric.' Ed thought.
He smiled and fell asleep again…
