Dawn's Double Battle

Dawn and Ash were walking down a path when two people challenge them to a double battle. Dawn has never been in one so she and Ash are both worried. Will they win on Dawn's first time or lose for once?

1"Dawn, hurry up!" exclaimed an angry Ash. After being startled by Ash, Dawn ran toward him. "Just imagine how much money we will get from those two dorks." giggled someone. Dawn and Ash heard the noise and ran to them. When they got there they saw two people, a boy and a girl. " We challenge you two to a double battle." exclaimed the girl. "First we'll introduce each other, My name is Clyde and this is Onaca." said Clyde. "Ok I'm Ash and this is Dawn." said Ash. "Before we start there is one little rule, everyone puts in five dollars." said Onaca. "We'll do it!" said Ash and Dawn together.

A few minutes later they started the battle. "Go Pikachu!" said Ash. "I chose Piplup" said Dawn. " Go Shuppet" exclaimed Clyde. "I chose Vaporeon" said Onaca with joy." Pikachu Thunder!" Ash said. BOOM! It hit Shuppet hard! "Vaporeon, Bubblebeam. Onaca screamed. The attack hit Pikachu hard. " Hurry Piplup, Bubble!" said Dawn. "Shuppet, Light Screen," Clyde said fast. The Bubbles were shot back at Pikachu and Piplup because of the reflecting mirror. It didn't do much to Piplup but, a lot of damage on Pikachu. ' Pikachu, use Discharge!" Ash said. The attack fainted Vaporeon. "No, this isn't good." said Onaca sadly. " Hurry Piplup, Whirlpool!" exclaimed Dawn. Shuppet was trapped! "Shuppet, Psybeam." said Clyde. BOOM! It hurt Piplup. "Pikachu, Iron Tail!" exclaimed Ash quickly. Boom! Shuppet fainted. " We won!," yelled a very happy Dawn. "How did we lose that easily?" asked Clyde.

A few hours later after Ash and Dawn received the money they won, they headed into town. Honk!! A truck startled Ash and Dawn and then pulled up in front of them. " I'll be right back with your drink." said a familiar voice. Brock stepped out of the truck. "Nice to see you again Brock." said Ash. "Ash, who is Brock?" asked Dawn. " Brock is a friend of mine who has traveled with me almost everywhere." said Ash. " Nice to meet you, I'm Dawn." said Dawn happily. " Hi Dawn, I'm Brock" he said. The sun started to fall as Ash, Dawn, and Brock checked into a hotel. "Ohno, I forgot about Jade!" screamed Brock. "Oh, don't worry she'll be fine" said Dawn. They fell asleep but Brock didn't forget about Jade. He'd look everyday to see if she came back but she never did.
