As soon as Fury left the Avengers Tower from saying something or other that nobody was paying attention to, everybody turned to Tony Stark just as he pulled out a computer from seemingly nowhere and pulled up a file of videos. Each one was about the man that had just left the room.
"So." Tony flicked through a few videos before settling on one and then quickly adding the one he had been conspicuously inconspicuously taping from a sort-of hidden camera (hidden to the not-super-spies). "I have been watching Fury's eye for a very long time, and I have a question." He stopped and turned the computer around, playing the clip at the same time.
Everybody leaned a little bit forward, even if the others didn't notice. "Is Nicky blinking or winking in this clip? If I get the answer I can finally figure what makes a wink and what a blink! Even Jarvis can't figure it out and he's the greatest!"
"Or maybe he's trolling you." Bruce replied with a sage nod. Tony's eyes widened and he screamed at the ceiling, "I can reprogram you with a hammer!"
To everyone in the room, there was the feeling that Jarvis was laughing his virtual ass off.
