This is set sometime in early Season 3.

Col. John Sheppard walked down the Atlantis hallways happily whistling a tune. On the last shipment of supplies that the Deadalus had brought, they had included some Disney movies for the Athosian kids. Elizabeth had arranged to bring the children (and parents who wanted come keep an eye on their young ones) to Atlantis every Thursday to watch a movie. Today it had been Frozen.
Frozen - like any other Disney movie - had very catchy songs, and it wasn't John's fault he had just happened to walk past the gathering at the same that they were singing a song. A song that was now stuck in his head.
John just smiled though, and continued on his way to get Rodney for lunch. When he finally arrived at Rodney's lab he found the door was closed and locked. He knocked on the door.
"Rodney? Come on! Open up. I know you're in there."
Silence.
"... Please?"
John was about to walk away, but changed his mind. He walked back up to the door, knocked quickly and started singing. - (What he was thinking, nobody knows.)
"Rodney? Do you want to go grab some lunch?
Come on let's go and eat!
I never see you anymore, so come out the door
Before I starve away!
We used to be best buddies.
And now we're not.
I wish you would tell me whyyy"
"Shepperd?"
"Hmm?" He turned to find Rodney looking at him strangely.
" ... Why are you singing to an empty lab?"
