Prologue

"Okay, this week's theme will be Born this Way." Will stated.

'He ran out of ideas for Glee club, didn't he?' A red headed girl thought with a smile.

"But that song is like, 20 years old." Sugar complained.

"It's a classic." Will responded.

"Come on, it's the 30's." Sebastian retorted.

"Ah come on, I think it's a good idea." Rory replied.

"I have to agree." Lily replied. 'If I don't then I get extra peas for dinner again.'

"That's two of you. So, either "Born this Way" or "Express Yourself." You're choices." Will stated.

"But that's even older!" Sugar screeched.

"Will I get a solo?" Harmony asked.

"Of course Harmony." Will replied. 'Just like your mother always did.' He thought.

"I have to go." Sebastian stated and walked out. "Foot ball practice."

'But foot ball practice isn't for another hour...' Rory thought.

Rory got up and started walking out. "I have to use the bathroom." he stated and left with him.

"Why are you following me?" he asked.

"Football doesn't start for another hour." he responded.

"You know that time machine that Beth, Harmony, You, Lily, and I have been making?"

"Of course. It's in the school basement."

"Well, I just saw somebody sneak towards the basement."

"Do you think we should get some of the others?"

"How about no. It was a woman so I think that the two of us can handle it."

The two boys walked down the stairs and reached the basement. They saw an old lady go onto the platform and press a bunch of buttons. "You might want to stop that, this thing isn't completed." Sebastian stated.

"Yeah, if you travel in time you might not get back." Rory added. "Just step off of there before something bad happens."

"You little pukes, do you really think that I'm going to believe you?" She asked and pressed another button and then she vanished.

The two boys ran over to the control panel and started typing in numbers and letters. "I'm going to get Lily over here." Sebastian stated. "We need to find out where she went and I swear she programmed this in German or Latin or something."

"Ok, and while you do that I'll get Harmony over here. We're going to need her to help us finish this." Rory replied.

In minutes the two of them were in the basement. Lily started typing on the keyboard while Harmony started drawing up the final touches for the time machine. "I found it. She is 22 years in the past. She's lucky she didn't want to go into the future or else she would be in her 70's." Lily stated while sliding her hand through her hair. "She's stalking Schuester as we speak."

"I have the plans finished. We can go back in time, but we can't come back here." Harmony stated. "The time machine isn't portable after all."

"And we can't get our parents to help us. That could create a time paradox." Sebastian stated.

"Same with having Beth go back into the past. But at least if she messed it up she would still be born." Rory stated.

"Also, if our parents find out about this, they will ground us forever." Harmony added.

"I have a plan." Lily said.
