I have thought over the years, what do I regret?
Some things.
I remember when in the first games, when I wasn't sure about Katniss, and then at the end, when she almost shot me. But then when she pulled out the berries. Yes. I loved that moment. We were about to die together, and defy the Capitol doing it. But we were stopped. Yet we defied the Capitol still. And that, I don't regret. Calling for a cease-fire in the war, I really regret that. Telling Katniss that I loved her as soon as I knew it was true, I wish I did that. There's only so many things you can do in life. Lets see. I know. During the war, when I accidentally killed a soldier, then motioned for the rebels to kill me. It could have been good. I don't know about that, but I know that now the war is over, people can live safely. And that's all we ever wanted.
