"Aww.. comon'! You know I didn't mean it!" a voice whined unpleasantly.
"Too bad, I'm going home! SIT!" A huge crash exploded as Ani opened her eyes. Not something one would expect while sleeping. Jerking from her dream, Ani was forced to realize that she was no longer safe in her bed in her apartment, "Whuzzat?" she mutters.
Looking around, Ani had enough time to scramble out of the way of a schoolie (uniform bearing student). The girl whirled around to get a good look at Ani, "Um?
Who're you? You're not from this time I take it?" she held out her hand to the scrawny redhead.
"Kagome! Don't leave! I'll never yell at you again! Comon'!" the boy's voice howled pitifully in their direction.
"No Inuyasha! I have school! And mother's expecting me back today! Besides, I need a shower.." the girl, seemingly known as Kagome sighed.
Ani yelped as the boy soared over the tops of her black fuzzy ears, just missing. Wanting to know what had happened herself, she sat back and twirled a wisp of her bangs. She'd never really shown her neko-self to public, but this was a huge forest, and the boy was a..dare she mutter it under her breath with a thousand curses…a dog.
(Will now be read as a script-like/comic/whatever you want to call it, story)
One and a thousand questions later, Ani, Inuyasha and Kagome sat in the shrine's living room.
Ani stared intently at the miko, "So what your telling me…is that I'm a Time Tripper?" her voice sounded weary.
Kagome nodded and grinned, "You haven't heard of the Shikon Jewel or it's legend have you?" Right away, Ani had noticed it's glow, but hadn't spoken about it.
Inuyasha scowled, "Don't tell me you're going to invite that puny quarter breed of a demon on the hunt are you?" his glare turned to Ani.
Ani shrinked under his staredown, considerably like a shrinky dink. "I wasn't meant to cause any troubles, Ani was not!"
Inuyasha laughed,"Peh…we don't need a runt like you! Move it!" Ani scrambled to her feet and outside, not knowing where she was headed, she tumbled down the well,
back into the feudal era.
Landing head first on the bottom had dizzied her, looking straight up, she noticed a little green man staring back down.
He seemed to bulge at the eyes, "Sesshomaru-sama! There is a neko in Inuyasha's well!" Jaken fussed with his staff and aimed downwards. "This'll take care of the pest!"
Sesshomaru and Rin leaned against an oak, Rin apparently asleep.
Getting to his feet, Sessh gazed downwards at the neko-jin. Ani had backed against the wall and peered upwards at the demon. Her frightened eyes never left the staff.
"Jaken, do not harm her…we don't have time to waste on this puny runt of a cat."
He proclaimed.
Jaken gaped, "My lord! Is leaving a perfect target to go free?" he sounded so confused at the thought but hastily hurried to wake Rin, as they were ready to leave.
Ani clambered out of the well, her dark eyes following the tall demon, "Waits sirs!"
She called out, "Waits pleases!"
Sesshomaru merely paused, "Be grateful…I have chosen not to take my anger out on you…the damned Inuyasha is away.."
Ani realized that the Inuyasha that she'd met with Kagome, might be the same."Waits! Sirs! Pleases, I must know! Is this Inuyasha a half breed?"
Sesshomaru paused and turned his head, "Have you seen him? I have some business with my so-called brother…" Ani ran to catch up and told him everything she knew… That was a start…
